Aurius is a relationship based system. It gives a clear overview of all the dealings any individual customer has with the bank and any third parties. For example, a bank customer may hold a deposit account with the bank, be a signatory on a business account and a guarantor on a loan account, or the customer may have been introduced by a broker. All of these relationships are easily tracked using Aurius.
To help support Single Customer View reporting and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements the system allows for the capture of a wide range of identifying data and documents such as; passport scans, certificates of incorporation and signature images. The solution also supports online identity verification through interfaces to third-party verification services.
