Role: Customer Success Team Manager
Location: Yate, Bristol

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: From £40K per annum, depending on experience

You will join us as a Customer Success Team Manager to lead and motivate a small team of Customer Success Managers. You will be a proven coach and mentor to ensure your team has the necessary support to be their full potential - experts in their clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we have a systematic approach to managing Apak's portfolio of clients.

Customer Success Team Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning
  • Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports and spreadsheets, to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness
  • Provide assistance in budgets and forecasting client’s annual revenue and contract renewals
  • Ensure revenue-generating opportunities are being progressed in a quick and timely manner
  • Create and maintain necessary Standard Operating Procedures for the running and audit of the team
  • Ensure team and/or individual targets are being met whether in terms of revenue, client satisfaction or other
  • Lead and motivate a small team of Customer Success Managers

Customer Success Team Manager Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in account management and people management
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills
  • Management experience in a team-oriented workplace
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the Apak's management team
