About the role:
The Client Relationship Manager acts as a primary business contact for all clients, finding out what information, products, services or IT solutions the customer requires to meet their business needs, as well as translating their interests internally with production, development and technical teams. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and helping the company meet current and future customer needs. You will maximize sales opportunities with existing customers and assist in the sales process where necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clear, accurate and relevant information to our technical and project teams so will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate at all levels, be a strong negotiator and have the ability to take the lead. You will need to be flexible as there may be travel involved. Experience working within the IT or financial services industry is essential to support our clients and deliver IT solutions.
