As Executive Vice President for Apak Group, my role is to ensure our clients’ success is constantly supported by our products and services and to continue to grow the organization’s client base worldwide. I am responsible for the front-end of the company; including sales, marketing and customer experience. I also sit on the Executive Board, leading our global business strategy.
With over 20 years’ experience in automotive finance, I have been part of the team that has led Apak to be a global market leader in our field and I am immensely proud of the success we have achieved worldwide. During this time we have started exciting business ventures with some of the most prestigious names in the industry.
After graduating from the University of the West of England in 1994 with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, I joined the Apak team as a Business Analyst. I gained invaluable experience across the entire business process in account management, implementation and project management, as well as gaining a good understanding of the market. I subsequently spent two-years positioned with the leasing division of Apak in Canada, where I worked with clients throughout North America. After building up a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills I became Apak Group’s Business Development Manager. From here my role moved to Sales Director, responsible for selling our ground-breaking Wholesale Floorplanning Finance System (WFS) product. I became EVP in 2016, continuing to expand the business worldwide and building stronger partnerships with our clients to ensure the best for their business.
I am responsible for a fantastic team of people who work hard to provide the best service to our clients, partners and employees around the world.
My greatest achievement during my time at Apak has been the development and expansion of the business abroad, namely in the North American market. I aim to continue growing the business in this region as well as globally, and building on the relationships we have established with clients all over the world.
