Our key focus is putting our clients first. Our rigorous ‘Continuous Improvement’ program ensures our products are aligned with the needs of the market and constantly deliver the best possible service to our global client base.

Product development and innovation

Our development teams hold some of the greatest technical minds in the industry. Each of our products has its own dedicated team working to ensure the best results for our clients and keeping us at the forefront of a competitive market.

Account managers are assigned to each client to ensure our product is providing the best solutions for them, and our teams work hard to deliver the top level of customer service possible.

Investing in our people

We have a global employee base, with offices and hosting facilities in the UK, Europe and the US.

Our staff consists of industry veterans with a universal understanding of the business, to new graduates and apprentices eager to start their careers in our industry. Each member of staff that joins Apak goes through a 6 month probation period to ensure they fit well into the company and can perform to the expected high standard.

From here we support each individual’s professional development to ensure they are given the resources to develop and improve efficiently, and are able to advance in their careers. The top priority that is embedded in our employee culture is maintaining a client-focused ethos. This is done through staff training and post-implementation “Lessons Learnt” workshops as part of our Continuous Improvement scheme.

Communication is key

Apak Group prides itself on the strong relationships we have with our clients. Many of our clients have been with us for decades, and although we are obtaining new customers globally, we never lose our commitment to existing clients.

Communication is of the utmost importance to us; we develop a deep understanding of each individual client’s requirements for their business. We hold User Group sessions where we openly discuss our Product Roadmap and we identify what they want to see from Apak Group in the future. We take these objectives and internally work to achieve these goals.
