Scania Finance implements APAK Wholesale Finance System
Scania Finance Great Britain Limited (SFGB) has gone live with APAK’s market leading Wholesale Finance System (WFSv5). The new software was implemented in just four months to support the administration and funding of SFGB’s dealers throughout the UK.

Importantly for Scania Finance, we are now able to offer an online wholesale finance facility across our dealer network that streamlines and fully automates the stock funding process. Our dealers have already expressed their appreciation of the new system for its ease of use and extensive functionality which allows them to monitor and maintain their accounts online”.
WFSv5 was selected by SFGB following a rigorous screening process of unit stocking system suppliers. APAK was chosen because it offered the best business and technically focussed software compared to rival products. WFSv5 will be supplied on an Application Service Provision / full bureau basis, providing dealers with real-time credit line information and a ‘Bank Calendar’ which shows past and predicted future transactions. Comprehensive vehicle information is easily accessed which allows the dealer to check all significant truck detail and history. With multiple country functionality, APAK’s system will also provide Scania with the option of offering wholesale finance on a pan European basis.
